The vision of the Chair is to create, produce, develop and promote the education and training of medical ethics in particular, and of bioethics in general, in the field of health.
The Chair is a voluntary international organization established to realize the vision of the Chair as described above.

Prof. RUI NUNES
Rui Nunes is a leading figure in Portuguese bioethics, serving as professor at the University of Porto and founder of the Portuguese Association of Bioethics. He coordinates the International Ph.D. Program on Bioethics and has supervised hundreds of doctoral students through international academic partnerships. He also organizes major congresses and forums focused on bioethics, medical ethics, and health law.

ESTABLISH A UNIT
The purpose of establishing units in institutions is to assimilate and promote education in medical ethics and bioethics among students.
Sub-objective: to bring the awareness and messages of ethics and bioethics by future professionals among patients directly, and among the general public indirectly.
